How to clean your aircraft with airframe cleaner, using foam application?

In this video tutorial, we will guide you through the process of cleaning your aircraft with our Airframe Cleaner, using foam application.

Before you begin cleaning, gather all necessary equipment and prepare the aircraft for cleaning according to the aircraft cleaning or maintenance manual.

• Airframe Cleaner solution
• Foaming equipment
• Cleaning cloths or sponges
• Water source (hose or bucket)
• Protective gloves

Fill the foaming equipment with Airframe Cleaner. Ensure the dilution ratio is set between 2 and 5%, depending on the level of dirt.

Apply the Airframe Cleaner solution evenly across the surface of your aircraft. Ensure that you cover all areas, paying special attention to heavily soiled spots. Allow the cleaner to work for 5 minutes.

Use soft-bristle fibre brushes or a washcloth to clean the surface gently. This helps to lift and remove dirt without damaging the paint or surface finish.

After cleaning, rinse the aircraft thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining cleaner and dirt. Avoid water that contains minerals and ensure no residue is left behind.

Dry the aircraft using a clean microfiber cloth. This step helps to prevent water spots and streaks, leaving the surface clean and shiny.

Perform a final inspection to ensure all areas are clean. If necessary, repeat any steps to achieve the desired cleanliness.
